Processing Loss Through Art…

Loss affects us all at some time in our life, loss of a loved one, of our health, a relationship or even loss of a job.

In this experiential workshop participants will explore the value of using creative art materials to explore and process loss.

The session will be hosted via Zoom and will make use of breakout rooms for small group work.

Please bring a selection of art materials, paper, pens, pencils.

What to Expect:

These workshops are made up of small groups, and take place in a fabulous open space, enabling a comfortable and creative environment. Following guided visualisations, specific to the theme of the workshop, you will be invited to put down on paper any image that came up for you in whatever way or form that is comfortable for you.

All art materials will be supplied for you to be as creative as you wish to be.
This process of creating your image, using paint, crayons, glitter, pencils, pastels – whatever you feel drawn to – is a therapeutic and mindful way to express yourself.

You will receive a CPD attendance certificate.

Physical and Mental Health:

During the workshop you will be invited to engage in sitting, meditation and creative work with art materials. The work may enable emotional engagement and healing. You will never be asked to do or share anything that you are not comfortable with, all participation is voluntary.

If you have any conditions you feel I should know about, or you have any concerns or questions about your participation, please let me know.
